4 Fascinating Products that Helped Me Survive Back Pain During Pregnancy

If you’re pregnant and curious about ways to relieve back pain, you’re in the right place.

I’ve tried 4 fascinating products that helped me survive back pain during pregnancy, and trust me.

I don’t know how I would survive without it!

I’m the person who was struggling with back pain before pregnancy. Even then, it wasn’t as bad until I jumped into pregnancy.

That’s why when I had my little one, I struggled with back pain for my whole 9-month!

Now I’m a full-time working mom. Meaning I’m the typical mom who sits in an office and stare at a screen all day. Which is the #1 reason why I’m STILL complaining about back pain.

Of course, when my bundle of joy got bigger, my belly was getting heavier. And “heavier’ means MORE WEIGHT on my back. Which means….MORE back pain.

It wasn’t the kind of pain that comes and go. It was the kind of pain that was here to stay. The long-term one.

It was to the point that even standing in the kitchen for 10 minutes was an “out-of-breath” struggle.

Sounds like a “pain” right?

That’s why I decided to change my “pregnant” lifestyle.

4 Fascinating Products that Helped Me Survive Back Pain During Pregnancy

1. Maternity Pillow

My #1 most helpful product that helped me survive my pregnancy was a maternity pillow.

If you’re not sure what it is, trust me. You’ll love it!

I personally love and recommend the Leachco Snoogle Total Body Pillow.

This pillow is designed to help support the back and legs as your belly gets bigger!

If you’re not sure what I mean about the “leg” part, what happens is that as you carry more weight, your spine will need more support when sleeping. That’s why the pillow helps keep the spine in its natural position!

My favorite part was, of course, the support for my back.

Oh, and did I mention that you can boot your hubby off the bed?! Who needs him when you have your pillow! 🙂

2. Heating Pad

Have you heard about heat therapy? It’s what this heating pad is for!

It helps relax the muscles and promote blood flow.

Of course, I used this almost every day during pregnancy and it helped me tremendously!

My favorite is Sunbeam’s King Sized Heating pad. You can use it for your entire back and worry less about the small sore places that can possibly be missed!

3. Mesh Back Support

Sitting in an office all day?? Try a mesh back support!

I was able to have a proper sitting posture, which helped me from crouching down or leaning back.

4. Back Pillow

Using a back pillow was also a necessity. I figured that if I was going to be sitting all day – whether at work or at home – might as well get some cushion!

A cushion is always good for comfort. It’s soft and fluffy.

Personally, I used a small pillow that came with my bedsheet set! But if you’re looking for something better, try this!

I used my back pillow at work, in the car, on the bed, at the dinner table. Basically everywhere that required me to sit!

If this sounds like you, don’t wait to decide if you should buy something to help you with your back pain. Do it now!

I actually invested in all of these during my early stage of pregnancy and was extremely grateful that I did it before it got worst!

Oh, and one more thing.
